A “new” normal for our services…continued.
While it might seem like Covid-19 precipitated the work-from-home movement, the shift to remote work was actually already well underway. However, the pandemic has had far-reaching implications that have indisputably accelerated and amplified the remote-work trend.
CHCC continues to grow, expand and adapt to the changing world in which we live, engaging in new opportunities and processes that solidify CHCC as the preeminent expert and partner for all Cayman healthcare entities.
With this global trend in mind, CHCC announces the addition of Brandi Propas, MHSc, RD, CCDE, CPHQ to the team.
Brandi Propas has 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. Since moving to Cayman 16 years ago, Brandi has worked in both private practice and hospital settings providing nutrition counseling and education to patients for a variety of conditions including hypertension, bariatric surgery, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and food allergies and intolerances. During the past two years, Brandi has switched her focus to health care quality and now also works as a Quality Officer for Doctors Hospital. As a Certified Health Professional in Quality (CPHQ) Brandi is able to use her strong foundation in quality to help organization improve quality standards with the ultimate goal of improved patient safety and outcomes.
In her role with CHCC, Brandi will be the on-the-ground, in-person consultant for preparatory ‘mock’ inspections for healthcare facilities inspections.
She will meet with me online to discuss findings and together we will ensure our clients are well prepared and following the inspection, are responsive to any of the inspector’s requirements. I will continue to oversee operations virtually and consult while splitting time in and outside of Grand Cayman.
