Q: How do your services make a difference, and meet these needs, for your clients?
A: CHCC’s services take care of the busy work for government requirements, explain the process of board decisions and advocate for clients if and when it is needed. One physician told me: “I feel better already, just talking with you!” Opening a new health care facility can be daunting and I am helping people take the stress level down during the process.
Q: Can you think of a word or phrase that best describes your relationship with your clients?
A: Support and guidance.
Q: Why that particular word or phrase?
A: That’s what I do – guide them through the requirements and support them in making informed choices for their clinic and their policies, as needed.
Q: What, in your opinion, makes CHCC stand out?
A: I offering caring – simply put. I care about them, their practice and will go the extra mile if it is needed.
Q: Where are you heading with CHCC?
A: I plan to grow the services I offer over time and as the market demands.
Q: What do you want to accomplish for the Cayman Healthcare industry and market?
A: I want to drive excellence in health care – we do very well on our own but when an outside party looks in, they can identify issues we may overlook in our busy day to day practices. Further, some larger practices know that when an outside expert provides guidance, staff may listen more and be proactive in excellent practices. I have already been asked to add ‘mock inspections’ to my product offerings for this reason.

A: Excellent, Caring, Educational, Guidance and Respectful.
Q: If someone called you and said “Why should I do business with CHCC”, what would you tell them?
A: Medical professionals want to spend more time with their patients. I can help you do that by taking some of the governmental and administrative tasks off your desk. That, and I can ensure your policies are kept in compliance and updated as per the latest research.
